Who qualifies for a Georgia medical cannabis card?
Georgia residents with one of 19 qualifying conditions under SB 220, including cancer, seizure disorders, Crohn's disease, PTSD, Parkinson's, intractable pain, and severe autism, among others.
How much does a Georgia medical cannabis card cost?
The physician certification is $150, paid only after Dr. Hodge confirms you qualify. The initial 15-minute consultation is free.
How is the state fee paid?
Georgia DPH charges a separate $33.75 registry card fee ($30 plus a $3.75 portal fee). You pay DPH directly through the payment link they send once your application is confirmed.
How long does the process take?
Most patients complete the 15-minute consultation, submit their state application, and receive their Low THC Oil Registry card within a few weeks.
Do I need to visit in person?
Yes — for now all consultations happen in person at our Buckhead flagship (1831 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA) or at True Bliss Dispensary (66 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, GA), Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1–3 PM, and at planned community events.
